Arindam Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the field of customs and logistics with nearly two decades of experience. He began his career in the logistics industry, gaining valuable expertise while working with leading companies like Cargomar and DHL. In 2006, he successfully passed the Regulation 8 examination under the Customs Act, establishing his credentials as a qualified Customs House Agent (CHA).
In 2007, Arindam founded Deb Silpi Viswakarma Enterprise, a CHA company specializing in customs clearance and regulatory compliance. Building on this foundation, he expanded his business portfolio by launching BLV Logistics in 2011, a domestic freight forwarding company providing comprehensive logistics solutions across India.
His entrepreneurial vision culminated in the creation of KWID International Logistics, where he continues to lead operations, offering end-to-end supply chain solutions and facilitating seamless international trade.
Arindam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Calcutta University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Sarsuna Law College, Behala. His deep understanding of customs regulations, coupled with extensive hands-on experience, positions him as a key figure in the logistics industry, known for delivering efficient and compliant shipping solutions.
Mahua Ghosh is a dynamic leader in the logistics and customs industry with a strong background in business operations and regulatory compliance. A graduate from Calcutta University, she completed her college education in 1997, laying the academic foundation for her future in trade and logistics.
In 2011, she joined Deb Silpi Viswakarma Enterprise as a partner, where she played a key role in streamlining customs processes and expanding the company’s operational capabilities. Her commitment to professional growth led her to qualify as a G Card holder in 2018, further strengthening her credentials in the field of customs brokerage.
Today, Mahua serves as a Director at KWID International Pvt. Ltd., where she oversees strategic planning, compliance, and client servicing. Her experience and leadership continue to drive the company’s growth, making her an integral part of its success in delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions across domestic and international markets.
